I'm Adeline and together with my husband Colin, we’ve been building a life-changing business for the past decade while creating a healthier, more purposeful lifestyle.

Our journey began in 2015 when we were raising our three kids and looking for a way to bring more freedom and fulfilment into our lives. For years, we built our business the old-fashioned way—face-to-face and offline—connecting with people in our community and helping them transform their health and well-being. It’s been incredible to witness the ripple effects of what we’re doing.

But like so many parents, we reached a point where we wanted more than just financial freedom. We wanted to create a business that allowed us to step into the next chapter of our lives with flexibility and excitement, especially as our kids began to spread their wings. That’s when we embraced a hybrid online and offline approach, combining the power of personal connection with the reach of today’s digital world.

Now, as we celebrate 10 years, our mission is to inspire other empty nesters to reclaim their power, step into their purpose, and live the life they’ve always dreamed of—one filled with freedom, impact, and health.

Our story hasn’t always been smooth sailing. At times, people questioned our decisions and thought we were crazy for taking this path. But we stayed the course, trusting in our vision and the lives we were touching along the way. The result?
